We have now had the chance to take Mateo on a couple of outings. We have found that we are limited on time because of feedings, but yesterday we went to Carlsbad. First we stopped at a deli for lunch, went to Farmer's Market, then we took a walk along the beach. We ran into a couple about our same age with twins the same age as Mateo. Now that seems tough! So we took a walk along the boardwalk and had a nice trip out of the house. Today we took our first trip to Costco. Mateo loves the electronics area (or maybe that's just daddy). We also made a strip to our school to visit some of our coworkers. We are getting a little more sleep and starting to feel a little more normal. I have never done so much laundry. I think we change Mateo like 4 times a day.
