Bike Ride

Mateo went for a bike ride this weekend in Carmel Valley. There's a paved trail next to the freeway that's easy to access. The route has lots of hills but Mateo never complained.

Yeah it provide good resistance training. Its a 20 lb trailer, a 10 lb car seat, and a 11 lb Mateo. He slept the whole time.
